Seminar: Philosophy of Heterodox Economics

This seminar explores key ideas in heterodox economics—an alternative to the narrow lens of mainstream, orthodox economics. Topics include how heterodox approaches differ in their understanding of economic reality and methodology.

Throughout the semester, themes such as complexity, evolution, institutions, social relationships, and uncertainty will be examined, highlighting their significance for economic analysis. The final sessions will focus on topics chosen by participants.
