Registrations are open now for the quite timely integration seminar "The Philosophy, Politics, and Economics of Illiberal Democracy", taught by Julian Fink and Hartmut Egger this coming summer semester.

This seminar will explore the nature of illiberal democracies, where constitutional principles like the rule of law, judicial independence, and freedom of expression are undermined in favor of national interests. We will examine the political, economic, and normative consequences these regimes have on their populations, international relations, and institutions like the EU.
