We congratulate Malte Dold, P&E Bachelor´s and Master's graduate, for winning the Mark Blaug Prize in Philosophy and Economics for his article "I Choose for Myself, Therefore I Am:
The Contours of Existentialist Behavioral Economics".

Malte co-authored the article with Alexa Stanton (Pomona College). The article is about how both behavioral economics and existentialism present informative perspectives on human choice. Malte and Alexa argue in this article that the dialogue between the two approaches can enrich the current debate about the normative implications of behavioral economics.
