The Master’s Programme
The Master’s in Philosophy and Economics is organised and taught by both the departments of philosophy and economics. It is a unique two-year (120 ECTS) course of studies offering a rigorous graduate level education in core areas of economics and core areas of philosophy relevant to economics. The language of instruction is English.

Entrance Requirements
The programme is open to applicants with a Bachelor degree in philosophy, economics, or a related discipline (business administration, political science, mathematics). You require at least a grade point average of 2.3 on the German grading scale (see section C in the Application Form). Please note that if your GPA is between 2.1 and 2.3 we will apply additional aptitude requirements and may invite you to interview.
We run a rolling admissions policy. Applications for the 2013-14 academic year will be processed from 01 March 2013. We advise you to apply as early as possible.
